Zenor & Aden Succeed in Multiple, Separate Claims by Former Students Against Iowa Educators

Adam Zenor and Allyson Aden were recently successful in defending a number Iowa educators who were separately alleged to have acted inappropriately with former students. Allegations of harassment and abuse against former educators can involve criminal and administrative components. The ramifications of the criminal and administrative proceedings can be monumental for a school employee wrongly accused. While it is fair for a person to be subjected to the consequences of his or her actions, false and/or misleading allegations of inappropriate conduct by a school employee are unfair and have the potential to cause unwarranted embarrassment and turmoil. Successes like these are important as, if the results had been otherwise, the clients’ years of hard work and dedication to Iowa students and the respective school districts would have been tarnished and their reputations destroyed. The Firm is proud to have defended these educators and to have obtained favorable outcomes in each matter.

Per Iowa law, the names of the school districts, school employees, and their various accusers will remain private and confidential.
